Privacy policy

LeadPulse is operated by LeadPulse Ltd ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and your rights as a data subject under UK GDPR.

What we collect

  • Practice account data: name, email, phone, address and team members of the practice that signed up for LeadPulse.
  • Patient lead data: name, contact details, treatment interest, consult dates, and message history. Practices act as data controller for this; LeadPulse is a data processor.
  • Usage data: page views and key events via Google Analytics 4 (only on the marketing site, not the app dashboard).

What we do with it

  • Provide and operate the LeadPulse service.
  • Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset).
  • Send daily/weekly performance digests to opted-in practice users.
  • Improve the platform via aggregated, anonymised metrics.

Where it lives

All data is stored in EU-region Supabase (Postgres + S3-compatible storage). Access is restricted by row-level security so each practice can only ever see their own data.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@lead-pulse.co.uk. Patient deletion requests should be raised with the practice; LeadPulse will assist on request.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie for authentication. The marketing site loads Google Analytics and Meta Pixel only when those scripts are configured by the operator.
