Terms of service

By signing up to LeadPulse you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Subscription and billing

LeadPulse is offered at £149 per practice per month including VAT. Billing is monthly and recurring. There is no contract — cancel any time and your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

• You will only upload data you have the right to process.
• You will not use LeadPulse to send unsolicited marketing.
• You will not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Data and ownership

Your data is yours. You can export at any time. We retain data for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently delete unless legally obliged otherwise.

Service availability

We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime. We're not liable for losses due to third-party outages (e.g. WhatsApp, email, hosting providers).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email.
